"In 1991, I appeared in two plays at the Volkstheater Rostock. Here, in this production of "Faust I", directed by Berndt Renne, and also in "The Imaginary Invalid", in which I had my first speaking role as a very young actress. My acting career began in 1991, when I was thirteen, two years after the fall of the Berlin Wall. At the time, I was very impressed by the large stage of this municipal theatre and its highly trained actors."
