Schauplatz

For Susi Vogel, Schauplatz is a testing ground for her solo projects. A place of absolute freedom. There is no prescribed style here. ‘Electronic Punk’ means: just doing it, using electronic instruments as the tools. It’s all about passion and expression. It’s also about individuality and autonomy. Doing everything yourself. It always starts with the music, then the search for suitable lyrics, and then the mixing process. Schauplatz is therefore a self-produced project and also a live act. It is a format that seeks to expand through collaborations with other professional female musicians, as has already happened with MAM6K, and coming soon, with Rosine Nguélé, great singer, dancer and actress from Cameroun. The idea behind this is to strengthen a female network within the music scene and beyond.
